Outerzone increases motivation, personal development and removes barriers which impede an individuals progress and so improves chances of employment

Target Clients

Young Offenders aged 15-21

Programme Format

2 days per week for 6 weeks

Programme Content

Programmes involve a mixture of challenging activities in the outdoors to improve and develop soft skills and training sessions to provide skills in personal development aiding the potential for employment and to promote a safe, healthy and positive future (including financial capability, substance misuse, sexual health, citizenship, problem solving and team building
