Endeavour looks for enthusiastic, willing and ambitious people to join the team. We are proud of our achievement of Investor In People for the 9th year running.

Working with Endeavour will enable you to grow as a professional and fulfil your individual potential. We offer the greatest challenges and the most rewarding opportunities to people who want to help improve young lives, because we work with some of the most vulnerable and excluded children in the country. We currently work with over 1200 Young people per year.

Endeavour believes in a working culture where people are valued, respected and know they matter, and where diversity is celebrated. We rely heavily upon the expertise and motivation of our staff in assisting Young People to achieve their potential. While we expect high standards and hard work, we know that being highly motivated also means having fun.

Whilst some staff members have a natural ability to foster learning, most of our best staff team members have developed this talent with practice and dedication. You will be amazed at the difference you can make to young people’s lives, how they relate to teachers better and how incredibly rewarding it is to you. You can become a role model to young children and time and time again they will look up to you like a popstar as you can make such a difference.

We also “grow our own”. Some of our instructors originally came to Endeavour as participants and some participants return to volunteer as they recognize the value they have received and wish to pass on their experience.
