Experiential Learning

The learning gained from each activity is maximised and grounded using the Huskins model of development and KOLB’s learning cycle – young people are supported to plan, do and review every activity.
Each session has clear learning objectives which are in line with the Every Child Matters framework.
Dynamic, interactive reviewing techniques are used to enable the young people to reflect and assess their strengths and needs in ways that are more accessible and engaging than paper-based methods.
