What is it?

VOICE! is a youth board that has been set up and run by young people to provide Endeavour’s young people the opportunity to have their opinions heard and ideas put into action.

VOICE’s Mission

To involve young people in all the regions that Endeavour operates, consult them and convey their opinions and ideas to the board of trustees
How does it work?
The Regional Representatives have regular meetings and these meetings are chaired by the Voice! Representative from Endeavour’s Board of Trustees.

Who are the Regional Representatives?

The role of Regional Representative is a voluntary position and there is an annual election process for young people on Endeavour Projects & Programmes to vote for their Regional Representative.
