Endeavour is committed to offering volunteering opportunities to support all aspects of our work. We have a tradition and track record of offering meaningful opportunities for voluntary service and a commitment to active involvement in the local communities where we operate.

By offering opportunities for ‘Active Volunteers’ we are looking for people who have an interest in turning challenging experiences into meaningful lessons for groups of disaffected or disengaged young people. Volunteers will come from a variety of different backgrounds, but what is important are your skills, understanding and above all your attitudes. You will need to be strongly motivated by other people's development and have an interest in youth work or outdoor activities.

Through a programme of other events and activities we aim to offer a range of opportunities that exist to support other areas of our work, such as Fundraising, Events in the Local Community, Publicity & Promotion for Endeavour and Recruiting & Supporting other Volunteers. In addition we are interested to hear from you if you have something to offer ‘behind the scenes’ to support our Finance & Administration Team or our Stores Coordinator.

VOICE! Is Endeavour’s forum for young people.
Volunteers support voice! in a number of ways, ALL the Regional Representatives are young Volunteers.. there are also opportunities to assist the Regional Representatives, by; talking to groups and gathering feedback, helping to run consultation workshops and Consultation Events & Activities
