Here are 3 STORIES from Young people that have been involved with Endeavour during the past 4 years:- Kieran Burke 17, SheffieldI got involved with Endeavour through Rathbone Training and did my initial assessment there, then moved on to the 6-week personal development and after that I did a voluntary placement there. Became a member of the Board of Trustees in 2006 as the young persons / volunteers representative. During my time as a volunteer I have helped on various residentials and courses, such as the Gateway to Work course and schools courses. I have also been and helped out with the canoe challenge for the past 2 years and have attended the AGM for the past 3 years. Q. What Does Endeavour Mean? A. All About Helping Young People Q. More Or Less Back to Top Dean Royce, LeicesterI am 19 years old and was referred to Endeavour by my Probation Officer. I really enjoyed the course I took part in and made some new friends. We learnt how to work with team members, how to listen to others ideas and how to co-operate well with each other. I have started a course with TNG in mentoring. I have completed my Level 1 and am starting on my Level 3. I have also acquired information on an NVQ in business and admin. Q. What does endeavour mean? A.
