Programme Content

Summer Opportunities in Motivation and Employability has been designed to engage with and raise aspirations for a number young people that Connexions has highlighted.  The programme is designed to promote interaction and activity amongst the group whilst raising their employment skills

• Increase confidence and motivation
• Improve social skills
• Develop communication skills
• Develop effective team work skills
• Increase awareness of own skills and strengths
• Increase awareness of employer expectations
• Enable young people to make informed choices
