The centre is based in Chesterfield and our area of operation currently
extends throughout all Derbyshire.
     We have a great classroom space in the Sheepbridge Centre. There is an
IT suite, space for problem solving activities, team games and archery.
Our programmes make good use of the centre but when ever possible
we use the nearby Peak National Park for adventurous activities.

 Outreach Development Worker for Endeavour

     Endeavour is currently expanding its range of programmes and projects available within Derbyshire.  We are capitalising on over 50 years experience to work closely with young people and groups within Derbyshire.  We can offer meaningful and rewarding events for young people in Derbyshire who may need extra help, support or guidance.

     In addition to delivering carefully planned and fully supported programmes that contribute to young people’s specific needs and broad socio-educative requirements our Outreach Development Workers are available to facilitate increased services for other partners, projects and youth work providers to produce significant and powerful personal and social development programmes within the region.  They are busy making contacts and planning programmes to role out for young people, clients and partners in Derbyshire.  Please contact them to discuss ideas and opportunities.

     Endeavour are specialists at running programmes that maximise the opportunities for experiential learning.  We introduce people to a wide range of activities to help participants build on their resilience, motivation and self esteem and gain the most from their time with Endeavour.

      These activities are often linked to accredited learning.  Endeavour helps participants gain qualifications through awarding bodies like the NCFE and AQA.  We also incorporate awards such as the National Navigation Award Scheme, the John Muir Award and the National Indoor Climbing Achievement Scheme so that participants come away with both qualifications, awards and a sense of achievement.
