… fancy an adventure?

2nd October 2010 will be the 44th Annual Endeavour Canoe Challenge.

This open event is a canoeing team relay, run to raise funds for our work with young people. There are two separate events run simultaneously on England’s historic and picturesque canal network around Stafford in the West Midlands.

The Endurance event is a 50 miles course, whilst for novice and smaller teams there’s a shorter Marathon+ event of 33 miles. This is a K2 kayak event – pairs, working in relay, must paddle a 2 person kayak from start to finish.

We’re looking for adventurous people who are inspired by the team challenge of paddling, navigating and supporting one another to complete this challenge. Support, training and equipment will be given for those who have no previous canoeing experience.

Participants will need to commit to fundraising for Endeavour through sponsorship or workplace support. We work with justgiving.com to help you raise money online.
