To assist young people to develop their full
potential as individuals and as members of society.

Endeavour provides challenge and inspiration to young
people excluded from society across the UK.

Through a range of targeted programmes we help them
take control of their future, to set and achieve their goals.
Every young person can have a worthwhile future, whatever their past.

Endeavour provides that missing support and challenges
young people to conquer their fears. We help them build
self confidence and self esteem. Our young people learn
how to express themselves and how to trust and respect others.

Consider the ugly term NEET - meaning "not in education,
employment or training". Coined as a way of describing statistics
it has become a means of describing some of our sons and
daughters who need some support to recognise and develop
their talents.  Instead we tell them what they are not and
define them as negative - before we even know who they
are or what they are capable of.
